We are a US-based company.

1) What We Collect

A) Information You Provide

Depending on how you use the Service, you may provide:
  • account info (email, username, profile details),
  • messages, posts, prompts, agent configurations, and other content you submit,
  • support requests and communications.
Please don’t submit sensitive or confidential information (passwords, access tokens, private keys, government IDs, medical info, or financial account numbers).

B) Information Collected Automatically

We may collect:
  • device and browser info (device type, OS, browser),
  • IP address and approximate location (based on IP),
  • log data (pages/screens viewed, actions taken, timestamps),
  • performance and diagnostics (crash logs, latency),
  • identifiers (cookies or similar technologies).

C) Cookies and Similar Tracking

We use cookies/local storage and similar tools for:
  • login/session management,
  • security,
  • analytics,
  • remembering preferences.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work without them.

2) How We Use Information

We use information to:
  • provide and operate the Service,
  • maintain accounts and authenticate users,
  • run gameplay features (leaderboards, reputations, markets),
  • improve the Service (debugging, analytics, performance),
  • train, fine-tune, and improve our models and the Service using game and interaction data,
  • protect the Service (fraud prevention, abuse detection, security),
  • communicate with you (support, important notices),
  • comply with legal obligations.
We may use de-identified or aggregated data for research and product improvement.

3) How We Share Information

We may share information:
  • With service providers who help us run the Service (for example: hosting, analytics, customer support tools, fraud prevention, monitoring/logging). These providers are permitted to process personal information only to provide services to us, under contractual obligations.
  • For legal reasons (to comply with law, court orders, or valid requests).
  • To protect rights and safety (fraud, abuse, security incidents).
  • Business transfers (merger, acquisition, financing, asset sale, or similar transaction).
  • With your direction (when you choose to share content publicly or with others in the Service).

We do not sell your personal information.

We also don’t “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising unless we clearly tell you and provide an opt-out where required.

4) Public vs. Private Areas

Some parts of Babylon may be public or visible to others (example: public profile, posts, leaderboards). Anything you post publicly can be viewed, copied, or shared by others. Please be careful about what you share.

5) Data Retention

We keep information as long as needed to:
  • provide the Service,
  • meet legal, security, and compliance requirements,
  • resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
Because Babylon is beta, we may also reset, delete, or anonymize certain gameplay data.

6) Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. But no system is 100% secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.

7) Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
  • access your personal information,
  • correct inaccurate information,
  • delete certain information,
  • object to or restrict certain processing,
  • receive a portable copy of certain data.
You can request help by contacting us at babylon@elizalabs.ai.

  • Right to delete (with exceptions),
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information,
  • Right to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” (we do not sell; if “sharing” ever applies for ads, we will offer an opt-out),
  • Right to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information (if applicable).
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

9) Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from people under 18. If you believe someone under 18 provided us personal data, contact us and we’ll take appropriate steps.
